Yes they can be scanned from your phone
If you have the Ticketmaster app, and choose mobile tickets on it, they can be scanned from your phone. If you have PDF tickets downloaded, those can be scanned. Or if you printed out tickets from the web you can take a photo of the barcode and they can scan that. If you have only hard copy tickets, you will need to bring those.
If you purchased them online, there's a box office there and you can get your ticket there
