I had that problem with them also when they were the only Pizza Hut with a drive thru. Now that the Pizza Hut in Beech Grove across from Wal-Mart has a drive thru I don't even bother with them.

They are low staffed right now and they're pretty good at fixing the price for you once you arrive. At least at night
