Store won't answer phone. People inside. Refuse to open???? Says closed but also says out times have just been updated as of 5 days ago? What kind of papa John's they running there at old Eastgate Washington and shadeland. Not happy. Really people

Do not order pizza from Papa John's at 435 Shadeland. I made a $40 order for delivery at 7pm. By 8pm I called the store to ask where my order was and they said it's been made and was sitting in the warmer waiting for a driver to deliver. At 9pm I called and cancelled. Was told my money would be returned to my card in 3 to 5 business days. Unacceptable!!! The pizza finally came at 9:15. Cold and warped. If u can order food from somewhere else I highly suggest u should.

So order a online order, wait 20 mons for order to be ready, then drove the 5 minutes to store for drive thru pick up. Waited for 15 mins was a busy Sunday evening I get it. But then pull up to window. Give name for order. Goes to look for order, which by the confusion inside at this point can see they gave our pizza to someone else. So grabs drinks another 5 mins go by looking for missing pizza and breadsticks. Then opens window says I can see ur order in our system but it's not here. So I ask okay so did u give our pizza to someone else. She proceeded to tell me there where 2 orders with first name angela on it and a new person so yeah maybe. I say how long to make order again. 25 mins. Never offers discount. So I say so how much are u taking off price of order since I now have to wait almost an hour for pizza. Says not sure where an hour comes from. So I have to explain my wait time.then closes window and walks off. Never comes back to window. So after 2 mins I decide to just forget order. Go to steak n shake instead never will order from papa John's again. So don't bother trying to make this right. Lost customer that spent money with large family no more

I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:51pm. It’s now 11:44 pm and I still don’t have my pizzas. This is ridiculous. I don’t even want the pizza anymore. I want my money back. Update: I got my pizza at 12:33. I opened the box and 2 slices form the meat pizza is missing. At this point through this whole place away. I can’t even give the kids this pizza bc I don’t know who’s hands have been in it. I’m absolutely done with this place. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
