It’s constantly dirty, most of their machines are out of order, and while there today (because there’s not a clean laundromat in the area) the dryer, which says it gives you 7 minutes per quarter only gave me 3-5 minutes and would not return my quarters. It took $2.25 to get 30 MINUTES. When I went to the staff they said that I messed the machine up and that they won’t make it right. If this wasn’t the only option for me I would never ever come back! Just because it’s a poorer area does not give them the excuse to run their business this way and to treat patrons like this. It deserves ZERO STARS!

When I went to this establishment I was on a call so I was standing outside and my friend went in. The employee told her she couldn't be in there and proceeded to lock the door and deny me from purchases

Place is dirty it's always a fight to wash and dry your stuff here. I only gave this place 1 star only because I couldn't give it a half star and a half star is being nice

Dr Snow’s Lab

Has a laundry matt attached to it guys that run it are nice but they are sometimes distracted because the whole family is there and they talk on the phone while ring you up a lot. Washers and dryers are broken a lot too.
