Service slow, food was not rang in correctly, girl working the register had almost zero training, and I was charged $11.39 for what I thought was a combo, but receipt only showed a QP and a drink. I was one of a large group of people waiting longer than necessary for what is considered fast food.

Took 20min for our food and stuff was missing. Took another 5min to get that food and dipping sauces they didn't give us as well. Kids enjoyed the play area tho.

I heard they have a new owner - hopefully the new owner pays their employees better wages or gives them a raise with the inflation. I over-heard a cook on a phone call speaking with a family member about paying bills. So I'm assuming they're making a very low wage and I almost threw up. This location is no longer 24 hours anymore so that's disappointing too. I've never worked at a fast food place but if I have to stand back there cooking all day, you better pay me good enough to buy gas and a meal walking out of work. I still can't get over the conversation I heard. Its so upsetting, I almost cried and I'm an adult.

Drive up service at this location is usually one of the best in the city, not so last evening After sitting at the drive up kiosk for over 5 minutes with no indication that anyone inside was alive, no contact from the kiosk speaker for us or the person in the adjoining lane (who had been waiting prior to our arrival), we drove away. We were quickly followed by the vehicle in the adjoining lane and at least one vehicle behind us. I usually avoid giving negative reviews; however, this one was unavoidable Time was 9:00 PM on March 18, 2022.
