Hello, I've been a tenant at Regency Oaks for over two years in which Massey extermination company has come to my apartment weekly, if not monthly, I still have roaches. Nightly roaches are crawling on my family as we sleep. I have no food in my pantry because of the roaches my pantry items have been placed in Rubbermaid bins. We eat off of paper plates and my silverware is also in rubbermaid bins. The problem is unbearable and although I do not like cats, I have one because they eat roaches. This is affecting my mental wellness as I am not able to sleep at night from worrying that bugs will be crawling into my children ears and I asked Regency Corporate office for help eliminating the roach problem...needless to say there's still roaches. Since I have filed a complaint regarding the roaches I have received a several notices all with threats to terminate my lease. I feel this is retaliation due to my complaint by management. He is picking and choosing which rules to enforce as a way of intimidating and cause a hostile environment. I am under extreme stress due to the roach infestation that has not been resolved in over 2 years of complaining. I feel an investigation should be opened in regards to his overall conduct and abuse of authority within Regency Oaks community.

The most nastiest Apartments i have ever lived in roaches beyond your dreams felt like joes apartment also the apartment managers are very rude inconsiderate of what people are actually going thru i hope and pray that no one ever goes through what i did with management then them jacking the price up they dont do payment arrangements until they kick you out

LOOK at a unit before you rent, unlike i did, the place is run down, and it shows everywhere, gaps between floor and formboards, holes with shoddy patchwork everywhere i look, as soon as you walk in you see the aluminum back of the stove right at the counter, i have spent 2 febreeze bottles to kill the old mildew smell and still at it, if you want ugly rent here, it is not not nowhere near worth the rent, 600 tops, but they ask for 1300 & up for a 1 bedroom, the surroundings scream poverty as in south bronx or oakwood, counting the days that i can leave
