Lowes at Fern Park really lived up to being a DIY store tonight ! Went to buy an appliance (I believe thats one of the highest ticket items) and nobody working in that department. I asked a gentleman stocking shelves close by for help and he paged overhead for service. No results ! I then went to customer service and asked for help. Another page for service......No results ! I let it be known at customer service upon exiting but the only answer I received was a good look at the back of the associates head . I'll be taking all future business to the Altamonte store.(or maybe even Home Depot)

Lowes has added multiple self check out lanes. It has the potential to speed up one's exit of the building however, it greatly reduces the quality of customer service. Other than that Lowes is my goto hardware store.

Prices are good, compare to other Home Improvement stores. If you use their app everything is easy to find and faster. Looking for assistance it might take a while to find one.

You have to wear a mask when you go in there
If your car was made in the last 15 years chances are the ignition key has a chip in it. A chipped car key will run you close to $100. However if you just want a spare to unlock the door in case of emergency (that's what I have) you can sometimes get one made without the chip for under $10. I would not even try to start the car with it though.

I have never called I would just go. The people are nice. Maybe give the manager are really busy. Sorry about that. It's a nice place.
Also it's a good idea to always get a little more than what you think you need. It's easy to underestimate on mulch. Even if it appears you got too much I guarantee you you'll need it in the very near future.
I would call the store. The people answering these questions do not work at lowes, therefore, have no answers about stock.
Try self checkout, lumber exit or even the service desk. I agree with you about not enough cashiers, but 15 min? I wouldn't wait that long without trying something else. Home Depot is the same way. If you want fast personal service go to ACE.
