I love Americas Tire, always recommend them too! But yesterday they did a terrible job on my Truck with only 2,600 miles on it, they scratched up my brand new wheels removing the old adhesive from the weights, this is why they make plastic scrapers, awful work! To repaint all 4 wheels will cost way more than i paid for my brand new tires, reaching out to corporate to fix this!

Been buying tires from here for years. I’ve purchased tires for 4 different vehicles from here and loved the professionalism they offer until my last purchase. I purchased 1 tire and changed my mind and decided to purchase 4 tires, well like anyone would assume they wouldn’t charge your for 5 tires if you tell them that you changed your mind and you want to purchase 4 tires instead of 1. Nope! They charged me for 5 tires when I specifically said I only want 4, now I have an additional $300 tacked on my bill and there’s nothing they will do about it! Oh and the employee said that I’m lucky I got the discount that I did which was a measly $50 off. Now I’m having difficulty disputing the the charge with the bank because I don’t have “proof” that I didn’t receive the 5th tire. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. I absolutely would NOT recommend this place anymore.

Have been to this location before with no problems. Today had appointment well in advance. Waited more than an hour. No one came to check or ask me the entire time. They closed and locked the door, ever notice the placard above the door in any retail business 'THIS DOOR IS TO REMAIN UNLOCKED WHILE OCCUPIED' because fire hazard. They forgot about me. After I went to ask someone they got to me right away. They said I got stuck in the regular wait list (with appointment) somehow. I have bought a wheel and tire package before and recently two tires from other America's Tire locations. I will only return here unless absolutely necessary.
