If your car was made in the last 15 years chances are the ignition key has a chip in it. A chipped car key will run you close to $100. However if you just want a spare to unlock the door in case of emergency (that's what I have) you can sometimes get one made without the chip for under $10. I would not even try to start the car with it though.
No idea. Looks like the have a self service machine now but idk about how much.
You'll spend more time trying to find the cheapest answer for this than you can reasonably save by doing so. Just get your keys duplicated at the first place you can find & go on with your life.
