I'm not sure, maybe call..
I have been able to get them upon request when I purchase an order that warrants it. i.e. a few 5 gal buckets or some heavy garden soil. But do not just ask them if you can have a pallet without purchasing anything to put in it.
I think Lowe's have pallets coz' they have everything for warehouse items😎😄😊. Or, you can check Lowe's on line.
