I was 100% polite to these employees, food was intentionally smashed and burgers were ripped into 3 cold pieces, no condiments on any of my sandwiches, person at drive thru spoke so poorly and 'slang' I gave up trying to correct my order and politely said fine, got home opened it you could actually see the footprint and dirt imprint on my cheeseburger( which had no cheese at all) this was 100% intentional, not even questionable, I've never seen food so bad I had to photograph it to send to corporate. Also sent to the Marion Co health dept. Well anyhow I hope they enjoy cleaning all that food and drinks off their car after their shift because that's where I returned it. So if morning shift has to clean up trash in the lot tomorrow you know they were also too lazy to pick it up so be sure and let morning shift know who to thank!!!! Don't intentionally ruin people's orders for no reason whatsoever. There weren't even any customers when I came, pretty pathetic. I'll be in to see the real manager about these 2 'employees' and I'm sure your DM will be as well since I called them. Have a nice day! 6/17/22 9:50 pm

Breakfast was old. Nothing was fresh to order. Would not recommend eating here. The neighborhood area is bad and run down as well. Should be closed down.

You can tell the quality of workers has gone down tremendously “Taiviora”……. Clearly does not want to be working. Ordered a #7 asked to make a double was told “it can’t be made a double “ someone inside showed her how to charge for it 2.75 for an additional patty, and then the cook could not read apparently because they did not put it on the sandwich. While waiting in line I also watched one of the kitchen people hand food into a car outside of the store in food assembly gloves. Definitely will not return to this location. Food safety, and work ethos is clearly not a priority here.

My husband ordered 3 orders of biscuits and gravy and 2 orders of hash rounds. All the gravy tubs were half full of hard gravy. So I go back to get my order replaced, they replace it with 3 orders of gravy and 1 biscuit. No hash rounds. By the time I got home I was just over it! How hard is it people!?wasted money and time. Ugggg. Then I try to call Hardee's, and I get a busy signal! Smfh! The dogs had breakfast.
