We ordered the edge Pizza and it was terrible hardly any toppings we had to recut the pizza because they didn't cut it all the way through just a bad experience I feel Pizza huts went downhill. They did make us a new pizza that was a little bit better but still not the quality that I would expect.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I placed a large online order. After placing the order I realized I had a typo on the delivery address. One number wrong, but it means the pizza would not be deliverable. I called the store as soon as I realized the error (which was prior to it going out for delivery according to the order tracker). No answer. I let it ring until I was hung up on. I called 10 times with no one answering the phone. I tried going through the option to place an order and they were unable to help. All they did was transfer me to the store number, the one that no one answers. It was a very frustrating experience. Although my office is close to this store so ordering for staff would be convenient, I will never attempt to order pizza from this location again. Any other option would be preferable.

My order was supposed to be ready by 7:45 I got there a little before. They said it would be a few minutes it was coming out. I didn't get it until 8:05. There was zero communication why it was taking so long. 20 minutes sitting waiting with my car running is way too long for one single pepperoni stuffed crust. I observed the cashier bickering with all the other workers. Workers looking like they were doing nothing at all. Hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had ordering ahead. I will never order from Pizza Hut again. If you can avoid this location for pick-ups 1/10 would not recommend! 😑

Looks like you have gotten some terrible reviews. I only hope last night wasnt a once and done, but This pizza hut is wonderful. The driver went above and beyond. And our order was perfect and fast.
