Then I called FedEx this morning and I asked the address of the Northampton pa office where it says my tires are sitting it gives me an address of 300 Tomlinson road which is not in Northampton Pennsylvania it's in some town called Zelienople pa 16063 so they can't even tell you the truth of where your item is FedEx is a total disappointment they don't know if they're coming or going and I know it's the holiday time but I need these tires to pass a car inspection so I could travel for the holiday I ordered all four tires together and never in my life have I ever ordered something together and had it delivered one piece at a time and it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday the 11th of December and now we are at the 15th of December and I'm working on my second tire well I have doctor's appointments this coming week so I probably won't end up with the rest of my tires.
I have been waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive last week. Every day it says it's put on the truck for delivery, doesn't show up, and when I check at night it says the package is back at the location and is to be delivered the next day. This has happened every damn day, now a week later. I call and just get the work around and am ensured it's going to arrive today. This is absurd, screw this place
Same thing is happening to me as Kathy - I ordered 2 snow tires from Walmart, had one delivered and the other was missing. They both had separate tracking #'s, and when I tracked the missing tire it would cycle from saying "on truck for delivery" to "back at facility". Never ended up receiving the tire, it's been several weeks. Had to call Walmart to replace the missing tire, which they did. But now the replacement is stuck in the same cycle as well. I have no faith that I will be receiving the tire honestly at this point. It seems this Zelienople center is awful.

6 times so far, still waiting for a package that was scheduled for overnight a week ago.
I live 4.5 miles from this facility. My first shipment has been on and off the truck for over a week and the second has been on and off the truck 4 days in a row. After reading your reviews I'm beginning to think I will never get my merchandise.
I placed an order April 28 2020 and still haven't gotten it
