The drivers are not FedEx employees. They are independent contractors that deliver the packages. So if for some reason the driver can't or won't deliver, they bring it back to the FedEx distribution center. Next time if you can, look for the name of the company on the front of the box part of the van (ex: T&L Services). That is who you need to complain to so you can get it through to FedEx. Calling FedEx to complain is useless. You need to call the contractor that provides the deliveries in your area. I hope this helps.
