Drivers can't read address and lie like crazy. Allegedly out for delivery on Saturday and Sunday and they say in fact it never left the facility. Computer updated tracking "automatically"!

FedEx was supposed to deliver furniture to my house today. There was a FedEx truck in my driveway before 11am. The driver got out of the truck, opened the back, took a package out and put it back, and left. No package was delivered. The tracking stated it was on the truck AND it for delivery. Nothing. FedEx informed me there was no truck at my address today and the furniture will not be delivered until Monday (they won't deliver it then either because of the snow). I have proof, on my security cameras of all of this happening and yet FedEx is telling me I'm wrong. Oh, they also refused to deliver a prescription last week because we had an inch of snow on our driveway and "it's too steep and dangerous for our drivers. " They also like to leave my packages on the side of the road in the dark because they can't access my address. This has also all been documented with Gebreu at the Northampton Hub who swore this issue would be resolved. I have now filed formal complaints with every outlet possible. I can't believe how ignorant a company can be.

2 phones so far stolen!!!!! Thief’s must run this facility, tracking is trash, why say something is out for delivery when clearly it is not, you guys have no idea where the package is and your customer service has no clue what’s going on. FedEx needs to be held accountable because this is insane all the stealing going on here. I have no respect for a company that allows so much stealing. There has to be something big going on in the facility, they say they never received it and claim they are lost, why are packages not scanned when picked up, scanned at the warehouse, scanned when being put on the vehicles for delivery. I suggest any business that cares about their customers and products will stay away from from FedEx!!! Also it’s sad you teach your customer service representatives to lie to customers. One representative literally just said yes your phones have gotten stolen and it just happens. Are you serious?
