Then I called FedEx this morning and I asked the address of the Northampton pa office where it says my tires are sitting it gives me an address of 300 Tomlinson road which is not in Northampton Pennsylvania it's in some town called Zelienople pa 16063 so they can't even tell you the truth of where your item is FedEx is a total disappointment they don't know if they're coming or going and I know it's the holiday time but I need these tires to pass a car inspection so I could travel for the holiday I ordered all four tires together and never in my life have I ever ordered something together and had it delivered one piece at a time and it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday the 11th of December and now we are at the 15th of December and I'm working on my second tire well I have doctor's appointments this coming week so I probably won't end up with the rest of my tires.

They are horrible, I’m dealing with this same thing now, my package came from Georgia in 2 days, but Zelienople FedEx has had it for 4 days now. Customer service is no help at all. This service center is the worst in the country

Drive down to the facility. Go the the building where it says security and visitors. You should be able to find something out hopefully. I would probably wait until 9am.

Just happened to me today. My street is the only one of it's kind (name) in the entire county. Easy to GPS. Called them, no one knows where the driver left it! How about asking the driver???? Bunch of ejits

It ranges from 4 to 5, but they you typically get out around 8, all AM

The drivers are not FedEx employees. They are independent contractors that deliver the packages. So if for some reason the driver can't or won't deliver, they bring it back to the FedEx distribution center. Next time if you can, look for the name of the company on the front of the box part of the van (ex: T&L Services). That is who you need to complain to so you can get it through to FedEx. Calling FedEx to complain is useless. You need to call the contractor that provides the deliveries in your area. I hope this helps.

Is this a question, opinion or review 🤔 FedEx delivers 12 million packages daily and the Zelinople facility delivers 40 - 70k on any given day. They made 84 billion in Revenue so far this year but they're going under soon?🤣 You must be devastated that you had to wait an extra 3-5 days for you Legos or Christmas sweater. So mad you posted this hurtful ... question on GOOGLE!

Things are so backed up, I delivered 2 tires yesturday to a guy, he said he got the first 2 friday. It's just that, the volume we have is to much for the 240 + trucks we have. We all stuff our trucks as much as we can, some drivers haveto leave things behind because they won't fit. But we're trying to get caught up🖒

Ummm ever think everyone and there elders are ordering everything from food clothes tvs furniture, and anything most people are to lazy to go to the store to buy. Well there's your answer. The system is severely over loaded when people are to lazy to walk into a store

I've just had an interview there this past Friday. And some of the employees might sound like they've had a rough day and from most of the people I've talked there seemed really nice and I get hired on for them I will give you the best service and a positive/good attitude no matter how my day is going for me. I'm sorry that driver treated you that way.

Up to 5PM DISPATCH AT THE FEDEX GROUND OFFICE ON THE SAME STREET AS THE CRANBERY TWP POST OFFICE. RECEIPT OF PACKAGES IS BEST DONE BETWEEN 9:30AM AND 1:30 PM IF YOU HAVE HAD THEM SHIPPED TO THE ZELIENOPLE TERMINAL
