Did Tech Support put notes in the system o. What is happening? When I had to take my daughter's phone down I told them Tech Support put notes in the system on what was going on and I had to tell them again. They landed up replacing it and she got hers the next day. I did not make appointment but take a mask they will not let you in without one.
I'd make an appointment. The store has been open but they weren't letting just anyone go in. It may be open for walk-ins now but better to let them know you're coming.
Thank you both for replying as am waiting till 11am to call them and see if need the appt. I carry a mask with me everywhere even though they make me feel I am suffocating haha
