I have a 12.9” iPad Pro 2nd Generation that had a fully cracked screen. I looked everywhere for a repair option. Apple wanted $500+ and even finding a replacement LCD was difficult for this specific generation. I stumbled upon Cellular Zones eBay listing and decided to contact them directly. They were quick to respond and professional. Told me all the expectations up front, including that in rare circumstances the touchID may no longer work after the repair (Luckily it still works!) My LCD was functional and they performed a glass/Digitizer replacement. The turnaround time was extremely quick, about 5 days total including shipping both ways. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the repair and customer service offered. My device looks great and is working perfectly!
