My grandmother moved in here about a month ago. My family has been very happy with the care she has received. Devin is AWESOME, she really cares bout her residents and staff.

Read this before putting your love one in this facility. First of all this place is really nice on the outside. Red alert 🚨 they keep changing the employees (the facility only have one employee most the time for one house that has 13 to 15 people living there), that means people weren’t getting showers or their meds. I have been there waiting for two hours and the house was alone because they go to talk with their friends. 👀 My mother is diabetic she lost a toe because they didn’t tell me or called me to let me know that someone notice the toe was black. My mother has demencia so she wouldn’t take her socks off unless you help her. So when I saw it it was already fully black with a lot of infection and she had to have surgery and rehab. In between getting out of the hospital and going to rehab, one person gave my mom insulin without checking her blood sugar!!!!!! It went to 27. When I went back in her room the door was close and she was dying trying to gasp air and turning yellow. She had to go to the ER by ambulance. Negligence negligence all over! I talked to the owner and explain everything, well let me tell you. My situation was not a bad experience only, my mother was dying in that room and they are not been responsible in any way. So if you don’t go to visit I feel very sorry, but you might be in for a surprise with your love one. If your love one is independent that is great, but if not I will NOT recommend at all this place! My mom was dying and is like they don’t care at all. Hopefully this review will help another son, daughter or family.

We have had my mother in law here since March 1st. With covid it has been tough but the caregivers here are so kind and really go the extra mile to make sure she is taken care of. Would highly recommend Mayberry for loved ones who need extra help.
