They're understaffed (Big surprise) But the people who are working are kind and helpful. Love Rosamary at the service desk. Management probably needs to pay more. The selection and availability is lacking as opposed to other Krogers in the area

Used to be great. Now sometimes there is no cashier's. Usually just 1. They expect me to scan $150 worth of food. Started going across the highway to Albertsons.

For the second time this week there were no grocery carts inside. There was only one check out lane open. For self checkout there was no attendant. The frozen vegetable freezer had fewer than six packages, their frozen fish case was completely empty and the ice cream aisle was blocked off. This is also the second time this week there have been no frozen vegetables. I am not sure what is going on at this store but many folks I know have moved their shopping permanently to Albertsons. I may do that as well. UPDATE: This week at 9:45 a.m no checkout lanes were open. All the self checkouts were full with four people waiting in line, the frozen vegetable had ONE bag of frozen peas, no frozen corn, no frozen green beans. The produce was stripped, there were about ten sad looking jalepeno's and the fresh fish was what was left over from the day before. The salmon looked not even edible. Many shelves were not stocked and half empty. Seriously at almost ten a.m. AGAIN. What's wrong with this place. Albertsons where I went to buy salmon had checkers waiting, the produce was complete, the shelves were fully stocked. I am attaching photos of huge checkout lines at self serve. Often there are no checkers and when they are there, the lines are huge. Why is it that Albertsons always has at least one checker and usually two and Krogers has none? UPDATE: These photos are not Friday afternoon. They are weekday morning. When I actually complained to the manager (the one in the photo hiding out while people wait in long lines) he laughed at me. I asked why he was laughing. He said I was 'disrespecting him.' I said, NO, I am not disrespecting you I am complaining about your failed management. WHY ARE THERE MEN MANAGERS? WOMEN DO 90 PERCENT OF THE SHOPPING? WHERE ARE THE WOMEN MANAGERS? WHERE? THIS 'MANAGER' ACTED LIKE HE WAS IN THE SEVENTH GRADE. PROMOTE THE WOMEN AND STOP THE GOOD OLD BOY FAILED MANAGEMENT AT KROGER.

Waste of time shopping for sale items. Meat counters response "waiting on a truck". Poor selections compared to the other Krogers. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to Wylie or Sachse for their Weekend sales items.

Drive up, but you still have to get out of vehicle
You need both the inspection report and the TDPS renewal notice and money to pay for the registration. They do the registration any time the customer service desk is open.
