Just called and 2br is 500 sec deposit. 1100 for a 2 bedroom. I think the sec dep is high for what the apartments look like on the outside.

I stopped by to see if any vacant since there is a sign that says all bills paid. There is no office, some people that live there said new manager but they have too many problems like bedbugs, roaches and nobody seems to fix anything. They said maintenance man is there but doesn't seem to know how to fix and his helper does work but not everyday is usually drinking while working. Too bad I liked the area is like 5 minutes from my job I guess I will look elsewhere. The outside has trash and dumpter
