The people at this branch location and also over the phone customer service were very friendly and informative. I've had my capital one credit card for years and recently opened a 360 checking account. I was in a horrible car accident and was hospitalized. During those 3 months I incurred late payments that really affected my credit report. Due to my perfect payment history before they in goodwill removed those notices frommy credit report. The pros I like about capital one 360 checking is that not only is it free, it also gives a small interest percentage on your money which a lot of banks don't offer anymore. They offer free overdraft services according to your banking history with them. The mobile app is easy to use and I can control both my credit cards and banking in one app. The mobile check deposit monthly limit for me was 5000 but with chase and bank of America and even my chime was far less then that starting off. Overall I think Capital one is the best bank and I'm so happy I chose them. I'm deciding to close my other bank accounts and just utilize this one since it has all the features I want and plus more to service my banking needs. Thank you Capital One for being number one in my book.
