When someone said "they would give 0 stars if she could and that she has been without a/c for 2 months and the office said they will have someone come check it out and nothing yet. Kept calling no one answers. No hot water in one bathroom for almost 2yrs only been using one bathroom." I will remind everyone that has those same issues that the office is always busy I've been here since June or July 2020 we're getting ready to move soon but we have also been without ac for a few weeks my mom kept calling and calling they finally answered now maintenance doesn't just have us to come to they have alot of other units to attend they will get to you when they can even after office hours. The Carmel is serious about maintenance help they call maintenance and they don't give them a schedule the maintenance is on there own time cause the get tired I'm this heat and have to walk or use a golf cart so before any of you leave negative comments remember that you are not the only resident that needs help the office and maintenance always work as fast as they can. 3

Everything has to be written. The apartments should have given you a notice to vacate to fill out and you turned in. Even when they say ok doesn't matter you have to get it written. You can go up there and speak with the person that said ok and have them call to get it out of collection.
Call the office, the voice mail might direct who to call
All you have to do is call and ask.. They do work with you if you have some credit issues... But just call them. The illegals don't bother you if you don't bother them..
