I went to Verizon in Rockwall last weekend...let's just say our experience at that location was less than desirable. We had to go to the Greenville Verizon to actually get the help we needed.

I went into the store yesterday evening to see about getting my phone replaced. I was helped by Tyler and he was very helpful. Tyler went over and beyond to get everything take care of. He stayed over 2 hours after closing to make sure everything was working properly and to make sure I was satisfied with the service. If I could give ten stars I would. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone.
