Good place to visit with the family, friendly atmosphere for the kids. Easy to navigate your way around and found the local eateries inexpensive and nice to just relax in. Well worth a visit

Regret buying here. 55 + ? Nope. Do your research before buying. 2 much vandalism and HOA doesn't do their job.

Regret buying here. This community should get together and try to solve this. But then again , why pay HOA fees when they don't do what they are supposed to do.

LET'S DISSOLVE IT

This Park is supposed to be a 55 and over. Unfortunately it is not , and according to the HOA rules , every one who lives here is supposed to be 55 or older. There has been to many vandalism already , and has not been done by young outsiders .

Well, there are a couple of viscous dogs around and their owners don't care. HOA keeps saying that's a personal problem. Not their (hoa).
