Went in to activate a WiFi hotspot. Was told it would cost $60/month. Total bill (including 2cell phones and the hot spot) was to be $150 per month. Jacob waited on me. Then, AT&T sent me a notice that my new bill would be $280 per month due to “fees and taxes.” Jacob cost me time and money, misrepresented.my cost. Thinking I had a better WiFi with AT&T, I canceled my old one. By the time I realized the true cost of the “hot spot,” my reactivated deal with Century Link cost more than the old one. If you are looking to really get bad advice and you want your bills to go up, visit this store.

We came at 2pm for an appointment on a Sunday to move our service from T-Mobile to AT&T. When we arrived at the store there was a hand written sign taped to the door that said "Gone to lunch!". Mind you, the stores hours on Sundays are 12pm-6pm. Didn't know that a provider that takes in the amount of revenue they do would not be able to keep reliable people on the payroll long enough to endure a 6 hour shift on a Sunday. It's even crazier that a 6 hour shift employee would need a lunch break just after clocking in at noon. All I can do is shake my head and laugh in utter disbelief.
