Ana M. Was great, my daughter lost her phone again. So came in not knowing this location was the corporate office in Arlington Texas. So great to know that it had a different kinda vibe to it. And knowing it was the corporate office I know and saw why. EXCELLENT customer service and speedy check out settings up my daughter's phone and all questions answered in a timely matter. Yesterday I went in because I lost my phone I went in 3 employees one on her phone the other guy talking joking laughing doing nothing 3 rd guy finally took care of one customer 15 minutes later finally got to assist me . I asked if I could use promotion to upgrade Wich is offered by them and use my old phone and add it to my lost phone line . Employee twisted my words and said I was cheating the system and said I was using the promotion to just get a cheap phone I was so confused and lost and they said they would not accept my money and upgrade me since certain words where said in certain ways Wich all that was done by the employee himself worst service ever I been with Metro PCs 15 years never been treated this way before . After this month is over I am switching companies
