True Home provided me with a 2 hour window (not 4-6 like some other companies). The office was very professional and helpful in scheduling my annual service. Adrian called me 30 mins prior to his arrival to let me know he would be at my home shortly. He was on time, profession, courteous to wear shoe covers (even though I have tile). He asked for the location of the units, asked if I was having any issues and proceeded to perform the checklist of maintenance he was there for. After each unit was inspected, he made to sure inform me what he did and in what condition the units were in. Upon completion, Adrian again asked if I had any questions. He even set up a reminder for their office to get a hold of me to schedule the service next year. This company is above and beyond. Thank you all at True Home for your service. See you next year!
