I have not had time to rate the product as the purchase is new, but the customer service was excellent. Cedric was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I received the right fit, and made the best choice for me. I visited the Good Feet store in Arlington I did not know what to expect but when I tell you when the sales lady (Karen) that helped me did my measurements and had me to try them I could not believe the balance I had and how great my feet felt.Karen was very nice and friendly and most of all very helpful.I wish I had went sooner thanks Good Feet.

An impression is taken of both feet; the client's shoe size is confirmed first and then a pressure-sensitive impression is made on something similar to an ink pad. The process is very informative; the before vs. after comparison may boggle the mind.
