The person I happen to be able to talk to you this time was Paul he was courteous caring and friendly and made sure all of my questions where answered very professional in every way. And I use coin-flip because their fees are the cheapest excellent customer service you can get hold of them 24/7 their machines are easy to use and if you know you're going to be in a certain area way from where you normally live you can call them up and they will be able to check and see if their machine is working or not so you don't waste the trip Chris has any of the others I've dealt with the only way you can get hold of them is through an email then they take forever to get back to you and even if you can get to a customer service person they put you on hold forever and they only operate during normal business hours and you cannot ask them about any of their machines anywhere if they are up and working they don't know and their fees are high and as far as I'm concerned their machines are not as easy to use as coin flip machines
