How do they prepare their boiled crawfish? Is there a lot of seasoning powder etc. Or, do they do it like in Southern Louisiana with the Zatarans style seasoning liquid? We are looking for the latter. Thanks

It's the liquid, not powder seasoning.

Last I went, it was a liquid seasoning used. That was approximately one month ago! They have awesome margaritas as well....

Not sure how they cook the crawfish!! Didn't eat the crawfish!! They say it's pretty good!! Sorry couldn't give the answer!! Just one way to find out go over there in try it out!! Let me know !!!
