I'd like to do some bank fishing, but I have some physical issues with walking long distances. How close and accessible is the parking to the lake?

They have a boat dock right next to a parking lot... it's about halfway into the park it will be on your right... and you can fish along the bank too if you'd like

You should have no problem.

You can park in a paved parking spot roughly 20 feet from one of the piers available there. There are spots like this around the park. Enjoy your fishing.
