There are various places to park your vehicle throughout the park. Yes the walking path is baby stroller friendly.
There is parking along the road into the park and a large parking area near the restroom. There is not a playground for kids last time I went, but very stroller friendly. Walking trail is paved and smooth.
There is several parking areas, clean restrooms, nice view, concrete paths to run/walk, volleyball area, and sitting areas. They might have a play ground not sure if I can remember that. But it is very peaceful out there. Fishing is fun!
You have multiple paved parking spots to choose from all along the parks main drive. The park also has paved and dirt nature trails that surround the lake and are stroller accessible. You won't be disappointed.
I believe everyone already answered your question about parking. Keep in mind there's no children's playground and they close at dusk, so come early.
