Plus $5 fee for every day past 48 hours you don’t pick packages up. Often carriers mess up & you get an empty locker! Even if you have deliver instructions for Amazon to deliver to your door the Amazon direct drivers put stuff in lockers. It’s beyond annoying. You don’t think about this fee till your sick or have an emergency. Suddenly charges rack up on your card. The company is impossible to get a hold of & doesn’t give refunds! So don’t get into an accident / get a gift on vacay! 🤦🏻♀️
We do not accept packages in the office; however. we do offer Parcel Pending that you can sign up for after move-in for a one-time fee of $20. If you have a larger package the courier will deliver to your door.
