Don’t walk on the grass! It’s full of poop! Pet parents don’t pick up after pets & there are not enough dog walking stations. Be prepared for untrained aggressive dogs & owners that would rather stay stuck to the cell phone than control their dogs. There is a nice walking trail behind the complex. But kids like to ride bikes on it. Be sure your dog is not afraid of bikes & scooters & is good with kids. Be careful at night. Just across 290 is high crime and it spills over into this area!
Yes! We are a pet-friendly community. Two Pet Maximum per apartment home & pets cannot weigh more than 99lbs each. Service and assistance animals, subject to disability-related need, are welcome. Pet Deposit $200 per pet - Non refundable Pet Fee $300 per pet - Pet Rent $25 per pet. The following breeds are not permitted in the community: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix thereof. Additional community-specific breed restrictions may apply.
