Before i moved my things in my apartment i was told that my oven is currently out working but they were fixing it. i was told my first 24hours of being in the home if there were anything that i seen that needed to be fix to inform her. okay , i went to the office and inform the oven that she was aware of and that i seen a couple roaches coming from behind the sink wall and if i could have someone terminate since it was free with the apartments. 3 month later later my oven was finally fix but went back out after 1 month.. but to make a long story short ive been here 2yrs and has only had a oven 4 to 5 spaced out months out off my 2 year stay. she also made me pay 180.00 the 3rd time it went out, Just for it to go back out for the 4th time and every time i ask for assistance she just blame me for it being broke.. It was broke before i moved in. Im never late on my rent but always had to pay extra for something while living with no oven.. My car was also towed from guess parking in the front of the office. i move next month and cant wait.

We LOVE living here. Marisol has taken great care of us since day 1. Thank you for always attending to our needs and being the BEST property manager ever - she has been welcoming and kind ALWAYS. They keep everything on property clean and well kept. We are very happy at our home sweet home!
