Maintenance are cool. But if you need something handled from the front office, you're gonna have a run of a time... Unless it is repair requests, you'll have to call or go in about 3/4 times.

They have 1bd rm apartments but no studios.
This is the last place you want to rent trust me raccoon’s in dumpsters roach infestation and mold they have been flooded its a constant water line in my apartment on the second floor
The gate does not work it is busted open at the entrance and exit and the keypad is destroyed
Go to their website, and go to your resident portal. You can set up your account there. Then you should be able to pay.
