Initially easy to work with, however, I later found issues with the boat and trailer that I was sold that they should have at least pointed out for (serious) safety reasons. Nonetheless, they have proven to be quick to make a sale, and slow to help with any concerns or issues. I will not return and would not recommend USA RV & Marine to anyone.

So worked with Donna, great and easy to work with! I was looking at a new boat or an used pontoon, they so happened to have a newer very well loved pontoon that best suited our family, the buying process was easy, communication was what I would expect other than that I would definitely purchase from USA again in the future!

Bought my 2021 Suntracker pontoon here. Sales experience ok, the problem is with the depth finder they installed. Also had a battery swItch installed at same time, having had a boat before I knew how necessary these switches are. Turning off the power or only using 1 battery at a time makes sure no unexpected dead batteries. After using the boat recently and turning the switch off I noticed the depth finder still on. Not good for saving battery power! Talked to service and they agreed this wasn't supposed to happen. Their response was bring it to them and they will fix. Problem is boat is 70 miles away from them and would cost me $200+ to tow it back to the dealer and then back to the lake. I can get it fixed in the marina but at my expense!! Bottom line, if they add accessories make sure they did it correctly!
