2 1/2 hours total. The train backed up and then reversed coming back. So unless you change sides you will see the same scenery both ways

Sorry we did not go on any train rides while we were there. So I can't help you.
When I went I took the wildflower tour. It was 3 hours. But it's typically 2.5 hours round trip.
They have 2 different tours, one is about an hour longer, and goes further up the mountain. If I remember correctly, it is a 2 hour and a 3 hour ride. I can't remember the distance the conductor gave on the ride.
All trips are round trips and 2.5 hours long
