I slept there in the Fruita rest area for the night which is also the Veterans Memorial including a Wall with Vets names on it and a Helicopter placed on top of it. I stay there everytime I go through there. It's even got an RV dump station too with many RVs parked for the night or during the day and others sleeping in their cars and trucks. Many fast foods walking distance but all close around 10pm or a little later. SAFE TRAVELS ✌🏼
It has a sign at the door saying you can not stay for the night. We stayed at the Walmart in town and at a truck stop.
