Have you been ripped off on a warranty by these people?

Yes !!!! I was told I had gap and extended warranty got into a wreck car totaled and I have neither coverage

I did not get a warranty from them. The only aftermarket warranties I can support and have used are Ally and CarMax. The CarMax warranty was cheaper for more coverage on that car. Find an honest mechanic to help you out. My mechanic is Gulf Coast Alignment at Clearwood. Ask for Larry I have worked with him 9 years on several of my cars after warranty was over. I hope you get everything worked out!
