Would rate it 0 if I could. Unorganized and unprofessional apartment complex. We were supposed to move in mid-July, the day we got there they were “cleaning” our unit. It looked like someone moved out THAT DAY. We were told the apartment was supposed to be move in ready by 3pm. We toured the apartment before thinking about signing the lease (which we didn’t) and it was absolutely disgusting. Paint everywhere on the floors, in the kitchen, painted over bugs and dust. Holes in the walls still, carpet coming up, broken floor boards and moldings, mold in the window sills, broken and unsealed bathtubs, disgusting and never cleaned vents, it was disgusting and wasn’t going to be move in ready in an hour. They then proceeded to get the apartment manager to tour with us to show us 2 different units in which the bathtubs didn’t work so they told us we could use the “model house” to use for our shower needs!!! The whole complex and the actual units are disgusting and not worth it. Don’t trust the model they let you view, no one has ever lived in it.

Just stopped by to view these townhomes. They won’t let anyone look at the unit until it’s leased. Meaning they don’t touch the units people move out of until the unit is leased. Which is really sad because you just don’t know what to expect until you already signed over. Lady was nice though but that is just terrible.
