you can log into your Active Building account and associate a bank account to it. If you do not have Active Building App plz download it - the app will guide you through the payment process. You can drop down to the leasing office if you need help with this. Otherwise you can go to any grocery store or money order place and payinto your account with the payment coupon which you have or can collect from the leasing office, or get it over your registered email.
I recently asked them, it's 800 and maybe more. But starts definitely from 800
