Horrible service they locked my storage before the day because the girl in the front desk got her feelings hurt for trying to blame me for speeding inside the facility when I confronted her and prove to her it wasn't me my storage started to get a red lock and now she won't let me in after 5 o'clock because she puts a red lock at 5 everyday but the storage closes at 10 everyday must be my color skin horrible service

Working with Scott at the Lynn location was a breeze. I was able to rent and confirm everything over the phone, as I was moving back up and not in the area when booking. The unit was clean and everything was easy to access. I even got moving boxes and supplies there too! Highly recommend anyone needing storage to rent here. The web prices are great!

I do not know. I am renting a 10 x 10 for few years now and it is cheaper than the next door Public Storage for sure. I use to rent a unit there too. But there is a catch at Extra Space, they raise the price every 6 month.
