I brought my puppy here and the laddy was very rude and her goal was just to rack up my bill when my puppy was 100% healthy. smh they just want your money

Been dealing with this business for almost 14 years now. The owner is not exactly a people person. The wait time when you already have an appointment in ridiculous. Then the staff are usually nice. However a young woman named Julie that works there has no professional skills. Today I called 2 times. First time I didn’t even speak to her and when the second time I called I spoke to Julie who said I was calling too many times, the doctor is busy and the results would come in later when I already knew from the first call they were in but had a question for the doctor. Julie hardly let me speak and spoke over me continuously. You should not be disrespectful to a customer concerned about their animal or disrespectful in general. It makes me want to take my animal elsewhere. So BE AWARE!! Find another clinic!!

This is the first time I come here but so disappointed. I had eyes exam appointment for my cat I saw on website just $80 but when I come they said my cat has a fever that made her eyes infection but I know my cat only has eyes pain just only one side not for both ,because her nails to long and I saw she scratched on her eye ,and she doesn’t have a fever. Btw the girl take care for my cat she is very rude and didn’t even say hello with my cat .she did everything very quick and after that I got the bill $450 for nothing. That’s so expensive . Not recommend for this place they don’t care about your pets they just care about money . I’ll never come back again

I believe if ur a 1st time customer here & come w/the free print up coupon from website. Then ur appoint is free. Check website, or call them to make sure. But you'll have 2pay if ur Pom needs any meds/cream, etc...

I've had nothing but good experiences there. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Ir it is your first visit it would be free and only have to pay for medicine. I have found medicine is not that expensive there yet i have never had that issue with my dogs. Good Luck and i hope Gizmo is okay
