This property has gone down tremendously! They now request you have insurance in your name in order to park on property. They also limit your guest you can have as they restrict registration for parking after 3 consecutive days! I have adult special needs clients I have to look after and they have to walk a mile just so their cars will not be towed, and again they are mentally ill adults. The leasing agent is just a body in the office she can NEVER answer any questions and is always rude! Their corporate office is even worse! They NEVER RESPOND ! They shoot at least once a week! DONT MOVE HERE!!

Roach infested and they are raising rent to extreme prices so that residents have to move literally two bedroom was 1125 last December and is now over 1800

I been there for more then 4 years and they still don't have my paperwork right I'm on section 8 and they got me down for month to month 😪 and me and my case worker been dealing with and it don't make sense to how to go through this if they knew how to do they job and everytime you look around it's always someone new in their don't answer phone or nothing but not paying rent I bet they know you then
