My family and I lived here 2021-2022. We loved the area and our neighbors. Very pet friendly! I loved the walkways between buildings to walk my dog. They recently renovated the fence which made the curb appeal better. Parking was never an issue. Maintenance was always ready to fix any problem we had. Superb! Management/leasing staff were great in communication however within the year I’ve lived there and before we even moved in they’ve changed management/leasing staff continuously that made it very inconvenient for me because they didn’t keep up with any important documents that I provided. Overall, great location, great amenities and beautiful townhome.

I moved to Houston from Iowa last year without much notice due to work. Didn’t know a thing about this city. I was put in a hotel when I first got here, and I needed to choose a place fast. Serendipity this was a place so close to my office! Very nice townhouses and they have two stories which make them seem huge. Gated community and located in the perfect spot on 59 in between Sugar Land and Houston city limits. Lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping centers within walking distance. Tre and Wendy are very friendly, professional, and great at communication. Not sure what happened to Arthur but he was always super friendly as well. The maintenance people that drive around in golf carts always wave and say hello. Nice neighbors, and relatively quiet. I would for sure recommend!

Lived here for about 8 months in a newly renovated unit. Most apartments do some minor touch ups like updated flooring, new paint, etc. but Windfield really brought the bar higher on their renovations. New appliances, new floor, new counter tops, new lighting, new EVERYTHING. Inside was gorgeous. They are pet friendly with several walkways in between buildings and also an open area for dogs. Parking spots are assigned so you never have to worry about fighting other people for a spot near your place. Management was always super nice, attentive, and if any problems arose (even minor ones) they will take care of it. Maintenance guys are always running around helping people. I can't remember a single day not seeing one of the maintenance guys on a golf cart going to work on something. These guys will be on top of it for whatever you need. Cost vs what you get is great. Reasonable rent for a great place to live in a great area close to basically everything. Overall this is one of the best places I have lived honestly. I try to keep any of my reviews as realistic and honest as possible, so if you are considering moving here just do it. You won't be disappointed.
