The staff is very unprofessional..in fact Sonya Brown concealed her identity for over 10 years to Hunters Glen Subdivisions. SONYA presently campaigns under deceptive name never revealed to residents nor associated her name with the crooked Marshall Management group who Hunters Glen Subdivisions pays their annual dues to. Sonya Brown has allowed the Hoa attorney appointed to rip off residents with outrageous attorney fees not dues owe. Sonya brown- Marshall is not a person to sit on Missouri City council seat and no other. More law suit filed year after year due to Sonya Brown-Marahall of Marshall Management group inc.

Was very disappointed in the way I was treated. Hunter Glen's Board member almost 20 years. Asked to see the votes of 2018 Annual meeting vote and was denied. Deed states any homeowner can see these records let along a board member. Had questions on the 2017 election and was not satisfied with the answer that I received, this is when I was asked to leave the office. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS. If there is any other owners that have experienced this type of behavior let it be know. I was still a Board member with HGIV at the time of the request. This was brought to my attention by Homeowners that had tallied the votes for the Annual August, 2017 election.

Undecided on what to write on Marshall Management Group because our HOA currently have this management company. There's are lot to be said about Marshall Management Group. The owner (I assume she's the owner) is currently running for Missouri City Councilmember At- Large Proposition 1. With all of the problems our HOA is facing I'm not sure why 🤔.
