Wonderful person at the Glenwood DMV. She sanitized the eye examining machine by wiping it down when it was my turn. I provided all my documents and she processed my driver's license in less than 10 minutes. Quick and painless.

It's gonna vary whether or not you're switching from out of state to an Iowa drivers license, or a new home address within the state. I don't know the cost difference between the two, however, I do know that mine had cost me $32 in cash to get mine moved from the state I was in before to the Iowa License.
