I used to be a regular customer here about 6 years ago and I returned to the area and decided to go back. I paid $91 for a pedicure and a mood change dip overlay (no tips on my nails) and tipped each tech $10. I got an acrylic overlay on my big toe and Both of my big toe nails ended up coming completely off to the skin because the acrylic was too thick. $60 is extremely overpriced for a dip without tips and $38 for a pedicure they left my toes in a painful condition is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this salon.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. I have patronized this business for 15-to 20 years. I am disgusted on how I was treated on yesterday because I expressed my dissatisfaction with the owners work. I simply ask for her to fix a couple of nails that were visibly lumpy and she got an attitude and told me my nails were to big. After she fixed the problem I asked her if my nails were still too big. Now that they were fixed., and why now do they look better. She would not repond and took my shoe slides amd proceeded to throw them on the floor. I will NEVER, I repeat NEVER go back. For the owner to be so disrespectful and I been going ther for this long not to mention I often time would bring my mom and daughter and treat them as well. I am currently in search of a new nail tech that cares about customer satisfaction. We are the heart beat of their businesses and the continue to be disrespectful to us. When will we learn.
